Graduate from Montreal’s École de technologie supérieure in mechanical engineering and aerospace concentration, Enrick co-founded  Laflamme Aéro with his brother David. The two brothers had previously started another company in 2004 specializing in mechanical design and certification that is still in business.

Bathing from a childhood in the world of aeronautics, Enrick has developed very young skills and experience in product development. He has more than 20 years of relevant experience in this field. Enrick had his first experience in helicopter design at the age of 14 when he assisted his father in the manufacture of composite helicopter blades. Family collaboration has continued since that time. In recent years, Enrick has honed its skills in aeronautics and business management.

The idea of ​​manufacturing unmanned helicopters was born in 2009 with the start of the aerospace business. The LX300 project, of which Enrick is the lead designer, took on the air of going into 2014 when the program was officially launched and the conclusion of a partnership agreement led by the Aerospace Consortium for Research and Development.
