Holder of an Electrical Engineering degree, Michel Benoit is presently coordinator of engineering processes and R & D within L-3 MAS in Mirabel.

Mr. Benoit combines 27 years of diverse experience in the sector of commercial and military aerospace. He worked for CMC Electronics, Bombardier Aerospace and L-3 MAS. His career led him in engineering design and manufacture of avionics systems, components engineering, systems integration, project management, quality management and team’s supervision.

It has always been challenged by innovation, R & D and implementation of cutting-edge solutions for materials, design and components manufacturing as well as for the area of aircraft modification and in-service support.

Throughout his career, Mr. Benoit has also participated in professional committees of the OIQ, the Réseau IQ and as member of the CRIAQ/ CARIC research committee.
