Sylvain joined P&WC in 1999 as an Industrial Maintenance Manager. He assumed positions of increasing responsibility in Manufacturing, Operations and Supply Management as Machining Strategic Sourcing Manager at Pratt & Whitney. He started his current role in January 2016.

Sylvain holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Royal Military College in Kingston and a Certificate in Law from Université de Montréal. He is also Chairman of the Board of Centre de Technologie Aérospatial (CTA) and board member of Sous-Traitance Industrielle du Québec (STIQ).
